Box & Burn is sure to get your blood pumping whilst having fun! You will be learning proper boxing technique, gaining strength and fitness while toning your whole body.
We will be targeting the upper body, core and legs as these are all major
components of boxing.
By the end of this 4-week program you will have gained hand-eye coordination, endurance and confidence in this full body workout!
