Members are assigned a unique key tag upon joining giving access to the gym and lockers. Your key tag also allows fitness tracking on the Precor cardio equipment.

 

​SAFETY AND SECURITY

• Each key tag is created for the exclusive use of the member it is assigned to.

• Passes are not transferrable and must not be used by anyone other than the member it is assigned to.

• The fraudulent sharing of key tags will be met with disciplinary action; this could mean cancellation of membership and/or a permanent ban.

 

KEY TAG USE

• All members must scan at the front desk prior to using the facility.

• Front desk will verify your pass with your profile photo.

TAILGATING OR PASS SHARING

• Tailgating: Allowing unauthorized access or bringing unpaid guests into the facility using your pass will result in a substantial fine of $250.00 and may lead to suspension or termination of membership privileges.

• Pass sharing: Sharing your personal access pass with another individual is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of $250.00 and possible suspension or termination of access privileges.

 

LOST KEY TAGS

• Lost tags must be replaced at the front desk. Replacements are $10.

• Photo identification is required when a profile picture is not present.

 

LOCKERS USE

• DO NOT leave personal belonging in lockers overnight.

• Items left behind will be placed in the Lost and Found and held for a period of no more than 30 days.
