With this relaxing, non-painful approach, optimal flexibility gains are made throughout the entire body.

"I was referred to Christina by my sports medicine doctor, to help e recover from a running injury that had degenerated into a very painful hip. I really appreciated how carefully Christina assessed the problem, listened deeply to what was going on and tailored a detailed problem to enhance joint mobility, stability and strength. She was supportive and adjusted the program as I went along. I'm now pain free and active again. It was a real pleasure to work with Christina and I'd call her again in a flash!"

"Stretch therapy has been a godsend! My body consistently ached and was even more painful during cycling season. By the time I had met Christina, it was extremely difficult to bend over. After the very first session of Stretch Therapy, I moved in ways I hadn't for months and pain free. I am now complete advocate."

"I saw Christina for Stretch Therapy due to chronic problems that any athletic person would have. She is knowledgable, dedicated to her profession and has true desire to help others. You cannot go wrong by booking some time with her. Tell her what ails you."
