WITH CINTA CASSINI
During this 4-week team training program Cinta will work through functional training method's focusing mainly on the core, stability and unilateral exercises. The main goal of this 4-week program is to strengthen the core and improve overall stability with the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes and cable machines.
2 x 55min classes/week. This amazing package also includes a 4-week gym pass!
