Becky found her calling for coaching & training in the outdoors. Originally from the UK, she gained a degree in Adventure Sport Coaching, where she followed her love for Mountain Biking and gained her instructor & coaching qualifications to get more people out there riding bikes.
After competing in the Enduro World Series Circuit for Mountain Biking, she came to realise how important Strength & Conditioning is in order to maintain performance and avoid injury both in her riding and everyday adventures. This prompted her to pursue her Personal Training Certification to expand her knowledge on how to help herself and others get stronger and faster for the outdoors, as well as teaching them how to look after their bodies.
Becky followed her heart and her bike to the Coast Mountains of BC four years ago and has not looked back since. She now amalgamates her skills in both fitness and coaching to help you optimize the mountain lifestyle. She helps her clients build strong and capable bodies. Her aim is to educate you on how to train for your individual needs in order to achieve your goals both inside and outside the gym.
Whether your goal is to ride bikes faster, hike for longer, paddle further, ski from first to last lifts, avoid injury or simply just to get fitter so you can keep up with the kids who are doing all of those things; she wants to help you get there!
