THE GRIND

The Grind is Altitude's popular HIIT Circuit. Designed to build strength and cardiovascular endurance, you will work through a range of exercises targeting the entire body.

 

With some tunes cranking, everyone will rotate to different stations while keeping the pace of high-intensity interval training. The exercises change every week to keep it interesting. 

 

This is a great way to diversify movements and incorporate cardio and strength training into one sweat session.
