This program will guide you through key boxing movements; building and refining a strong foundation to navigate footwork, hold pads and execute combos.

Michele Van introduces the Martial Art of Thailand to Altitude. Muay Thai, also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, combines technique and high intensity training to create a fun, high-energy, sweat class.
Learn the basic techniques of this combat sport, including foot work, pad work and coordination, while having fun and staying fit.

HIIT
A high-intensity workout that will push your limits by mixing strength, functional training and a heart-racing circuit. Suitable for all levels, but be aware Michele will pushing your progress each week.
