Michele Van introduces the Martial Art of Thailand to Altitude. Muay Thai, also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, combines technique and high intensity training to create a fun, high-energy, sweat class.
Learn the basic techniques of this combat sport, including foot work, pad work and coordination, while having fun and staying fit.

HIIT
This High Intensity workout will push you to your limits. It will be a mixture of Strength, Functional and a heart-racing circuit. Suitable for all levels, but be aware Michele will be pushing you each session so you're progressing.

55-min pulse-pounding, full-body workout. High-intensity boxing meets group fitness & HIIT.
This package is made up of 2 x 55-min classes/week and includes a 4-week gym pass.
