MUAY THAI

Michele Van introduces the Martial Art of Thailand to Altitude. Muay Thai, also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, combines technique and high intensity training to create a fun, high-energy, sweat class.

 

Learn the basic techniques of this combat sport, including foot work, pad work and coordination, while having fun and staying fit.

55-min pulse-pounding, full-body workout. High-intensity boxing meets group fitness. 

 

This package is made up of 2 x 55-min classes/week and includes a 3-week gym pass.
